Online Application Instructions

1. Adding Student's Details:
   • Click on “Add New Applicant” to enter the student's details.
   • Once completed, click on “Save”.
   • After saving, you will be prompted to add either an additional applicant (sibling) by selecting “Add Applicant” or move on to the father’s details by clicking “Next”.
2. Adding Father’s Details:
   • If you want to move directly to Father’s details, click “Next”.
3. Adding Mother's Details:
   • To add the mother’s details, click on “Add Details”.
   • Once the mother’s details are entered, click “Save”.
   • If you wish to submit the application, click “Submit”.
4. Adding Additional Contacts (Optional):
   • If you wish to add additional contact details, such as guardians or others, click “Add Details” again.
   • After entering the details, click “Save” and “Submit” if you are ready to submit the application.
5. Submission Confirmation:
   • After submission, you should see the message “The form was successfully submitted” on the screen. This confirms that your application has been successfully placed in the school system.
6. Important Notice:
   • Please be aware that withholding information or providing false details that may affect your child’s education can result in the cancellation of the application/admission and forfeiture of any admission processing fees paid.
7. Mandatory Fields:
   • Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory and must be filled in.
8. Confirmation Email:
   • Upon submission, confirmation will be sent to the father’s email address as provided in the application.

Assessment

The Admissions team will contact you to arrange an assessment for your child(ren) KG 2 to Year 12. Please note that this will be dependent on the availability of places.

Assessments at Raffles World Academy take place Monday to Friday during school hours by appointment only.

Prospective students studying outside of Dubai may undertake the assessment in their current school, this arrangement is subject to conditions (Year 3 to Year 12 only). There is an AED 525 assessment fee (including 5% VAT) which is non-refundable, however if your child is accepted into Raffles World Academy, this fee will be offset against the first semester fees.

Evaluation

Once the assessment has taken place and we have received the student’s previous 2 years’ school reports we will evaluate the application.

If your child is accepted into the school you will receive an offer of a place from the Admissions Department, you must respond within 5 days to secure the place.

If your child is accepted but there are no places available at that time your child will be placed on our 'accepted on hold' waitlist. Should a place become available, we will contact you immediately.
